Aeris is the nurse you want to have. She is an eternal optimist, despite the turns her life had taken. She believes that everyone deserves a second chance, an opportunity to be a good person, to change. She approaches people (staff and patients alike) with the utmost kindness, and never judges people beforehand. She understands and truly believes that it is better to be nice to someone who needs help than scold them. This is how she approaches patients, even using her kindness to the point of mild manipulation, if only to help those in need.

Despite her desire to make people happy, Aeris is not a push over. She can hold her own ground when being kind just doesn't work, though she would rather not have to get forceful. She is mentally very strong, which is why she isn't a patient but staff. She had her own share of problems, her own horrible history, but handled them on her own, getting stronger because of it.
